When Stephanie and I first launched Alchmy Catering & Collaborations, our goal was clear: bring culinary and hospitality experiences you could normally only have at fine-dining restaurants into your own space.
From the very start, our intention was always to become a one-stop shop for all hospitality needs, not just catering.
Catering remains the heartbeat of what we do - it’s our passion, our focal point, and our greatest joy. Yet, as we continue to expand into broader hospitality services, it became clear that our branding should reflect this evolution.
Today, we're excited to announce Alchmy Hospitality as our umbrella company. Under this new structure, Alchmy Catering will continue as our fully operational, central division. Additionally, we're thrilled to introduce two new divisions: Alchmy Beverage & Service, and Alchmy Consulting & Collaborations, designed specifically to manage consulting engagements and innovative collaborations.
This past year has been filled with too many incredible milestones to name. Among our proudest moments was receiving the International Academy of Gastronomy’s "Chef of the Future" award, a testament to the strength of our incredible team. We’ve also had the privilege of working alongside iconic brands like Ralph Lauren, EY, Nutella, and Forbes, reaffirming our commitment. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Our expansion meant welcoming new expertise to our team, and I couldn't be happier that Chris James, one of New Jersey’s premier mixologists and a close friend for many years, has joined us as Director of Alchmy Beverage & Service.
Chris isn't just exceptionally talented, he's someone whose creativity and passion for his craft I've always admired and been inspired by. Under Chris's guidance, our beverage program has reached new heights, offering custom cocktail experiences and thoughtfully paired wines that will perfectly complement our culinary offerings.
In addition to Chris, we've welcomed several talented individuals who share our passion for excellence. You'll soon meet these exceptional people behind the scenes, each one carefully chosen to enhance the experiences we deliver.
With our expanded divisions, we're delighted to introduce refreshed menus and upgraded packages across all our services, particularly within our catering division.
Our new offerings include more personalized details, innovative presentations, and seasonal ingredients that embody our commitment to quality and creativity, ensuring every experience is tailored perfectly to our clients' vision.
